I don't really read Thor but do they really need to, is it a major difference in looks between the two characters. I could see them having the actor cut his hair, have him have a bit of stubble and make him look smaller(more human), to distinguish the characters of Donald Blake and Thor. Also their mannerisms will probably be completely different, so that could help.

As not being familiar with Alexander's work, I can not comment on how she will do but she does look the part and it fits Marvel's trend of casting relatively unknowns in this movie. As for Feore, he could be anybody possibly Malekith the Accursed. It would be nice to see some of the Dark Elves or Frost Giants on the big screen.
