'Avatar' Los Angeles premiere date

If you can't afford to make it to the world premiere of "Avatar" in London, which takes place December 10, you may be happy to know that James Cameron and 20th Century Fox are having a premiere stateside, in Los Angeles.

Mark your calendars for December 16. The Chinese Theater is the setting.

And in case you haven't heard, the movie is 150 minutes (two and a half hours) long.

I'm beginning to think that all awesome parties take place in either Miami, Los Angeles, or New York. Man.Oh I have an idea, let's have a Dtoid party in Golden Valley, NC! Population 40! I think someone in this town has a T.V.! We can play Double Dribble! After that we can drink moonshine and shoot broken electronics with my dad's double-barrel!
