Great post.I would like to say as much as technology aids and defines Avatar, it's also a love letter to humanity and the glory of mother nature. The analogy with the Vietnam and Iraq wars is obvious, but Cameron, in siding with the insurgents (hardly an all-American move, but then again he is Canadian), is also asking fairly complex questions about what it means to be human...

Hi guy's,
The analogy with the Vietnam and Iraq wars is obvious, but Cameron, in siding with the insurgents (hardly an all-American move, but then again he is Canadian..

The analogy with the Vietnam and Iraq wars is obvious!

Avatar's underlying social and political themes attracted attention, Cameron used villainous American characters to misrepresent facets of militarism, capitalism, and imperialism. Some reviews have compared Avatar to the films FernGully: The Last Rainforest and Pocahontas.

"Avatar" The movie of all the times. The biggest block blockbuster.Avatar had everything in it.It was social, had something related to political themes attracted attention.Avatar gathered the attention of millions with its 3-d effects.
It was nice.

I like the first installments of superhero films for this reason because I like origin stories and in the first you usually get the heros and the villains (and then only the villains in subsequent films). As far as this character goes I bet he starts normal and devious and then attains the powers somewhere in act two but still remains able to walk and talk(with a relatively normal sized and veiny head).d

Avatar is movie who every people must see.
