V cool. Ever since I first read Red I always thought it was prime to be adapted because it was so cinematic.

I liked John Malkovich in Con Air he is an actor that seems to me that he dose not want to be type cast which is a good thing. I don't no a lot a bout DC Comics Red so i cannot comment any further

films based on comics.great! let's dumb down the films to the level of a 6 yr old.

This is in storage somewhere, I need to pull it out and re-read it. Seems like such an unlikely choice for a series to get adapted. I'd have picked Jack Cross out of the Ellis limited series if anything.

The part will allow Malkovich to exercise his comic sensibilities as he plays retired a CIA agent, a contemporary of Willis', who is erratic and paranoid that everyone is out to kill him and joins Willis in is quest to find out who wants them dead.

AS aready cast in Red based on the Warren Ellis's comic series is Hollywood heavyweights Morgan Freeman, Bruce Willis and Helen Mirren and now it looks like John Malkovich has come to the fold.

Your idea coincides with mine.and I think it's better.
